Album ini dirilis secara digital dan fisik oleh Source Music pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2017 dan didistribusikan oleh LOEN Entertainment. Album ini berisikan delapan lagu, termasuk singel "Love Whisper", dan satu singel instrumental. Album ini terjual lebih dari 60,000 kopi fisik pada Agustus 2017. Album ini dirilis ulang pada tanggal 13 September dibawah judul Rainbow dengan singel "Summer Rain" dan lagu bonus yang bernama sama.
