Partai Sosialis Chili (bahasa Spanyol: Partido Socialista de Chile; disingkat PS) adalah sebuah partai politik di Chili yang merupakan bagian dari Koalisi Partai untuk Demokrasi (Concertación de Partidos por la Democracia) yang sedang berkuasa.
Didirikan pada 19 April 1933, salah satu pendirinya adalah Salvador Allende, yang kelak menjadi Presiden Chili. Setelah kudeta militer pada tahun 1973, partai ini dilarang pemerintah yang baru dan pecah menjadi beberapa kelompok sebelum akhirnya bersatu kembali pada tahun 1990, bersamaan dengan kembalinya pemerintah sipil.
Pada tahun 1999, Ricardo Lagos dari partai ini terpilih sebagai Presiden Chili. Kemudian pada tahun 2006, kandidat dari partai ini, Michelle Bachelet terpilih sebagai presiden.
