Passage West (bahasa Irlandia An Pasáiste Thiar) ialah kota pelabuhan berpenduduk 4.818 jiwa (2006) dekat Cork di County Cork. Dari sini orang dapat mencapai Great Island dari Cork Harbour, yang di situ ada Kota Cobh. Passage West terletak sebelum laluan itu. Sekarang Cork dan Cobh dihubungkan oleh sebuah jembatan dan laluan selatan dengan Jack Lynch Tunnel yang dibuka tahun 1999 di bawah Sungai Lee, Passage West menjadi penting.
