Pau Football Club (bahasa Prancis: [po futbol klœb], Bearnese [paw futˈbɔl klub]), biasa disingkat menjadi Pau FC, adalah klub sepak bola asosiasi profesional Prancis yang berbasis di Pau, Pyrénées-Atlantiques. Pada musim 2020-21 mereka akan bertanding di Ligue 2, divisi kedua sepak bola Prancis. Mereka didirikan pada tahun 1920 dengan nama Bleuets de Notre-Dame de Pau, meskipun tanggal resmi pendirian mereka adalah tahun 1959 yaitu saat Klub Sepakbola de Pau pertama kali dibentuk. Pada tahun-tahun awal setelah pembentukan klub di rumah aslinya di Pau, ibu kota Béarn, mereka memainkan pertandingan kandang mereka di banyak tempat berbeda, sampai akhirnya klub menetap di lokasinya saat ini di Kamp Nouste.
