Paul Blobel

Paul Blobel (13 Agustus 1894 – 7 Juni 1951) adalah seorang komandan Sonderkommando 4a, unit Einsatzgruppe yang bertanggung jawab atas pembantaian orang Yahudi pada September 1941 di Babyn Yar. Pada 1947, ia diadili di depan pengadilan militer Amerika di Nuremberg. Ia menjadi salah satu dari 24 terdakwa di Persidangan Einsatzgruppen dan mengaku tidak bersalah. Ia berargumen bahwa ia sekadar mengikuti perintah. Meskipun demikian, ia diputuskan bersalah dan dijatuhi hukuman mati. Ia digantung di penjara Landsberg pada 7 Juni 1951.[1]
