Paul Mellon (11 Juni 1907 – 1 Februari 1999) adalah seorang filantropis dan pemilik/peternak kuda balap thoroughbred asal Amerika. Ia adalah salah satu dari hanya lima orang yang diangkat sebagai "Exemplar of Racing" oleh National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame.
