Pavel Artemyevich Plotnikov (bahasa Rusia: Па́вел Арте́мьевич Пло́тников; 4 Maret 1920 – 14 Desember 2000) adalah seorang pilot pengebom Uni Soviet dan Pahlawan Uni Soviet berganda. Setelah Perang Dunia II, Plotnikov meneruskan kiprah AU-nya dan meraih pangkat Mayor Jenderal dan pensiun pada 1975.[1]
