Pegunungan Retezat (bahasa Rumania: Munţii Retezat) adalah pegunungan yang menjadi bagian dari Pegunungan Karpatia Selatan di Rumania. Puncak tertinggi di pegunungan ini adalah Peleaga (Vârful Peleaga) dengan ketinggian 2.509 meter (8.232 ft). Puncak-puncak penting lainnya adalah Păpuşa (Vârful Păpuşa, "Puncak Boneka") dan Puncak Retezat (Vârful Retezat).
Di pegunungan Retezat terdapat banyak danau glasial, termasuk danau glasial terbesar di Rumania, Danau Bucura, yang memiliki luas 89 hektare (220 ekar) dan berada di ketinggian 2.030 meter (6.660 ft). Di pegunungan ini juga terdapat Taman Nasional Retezat, taman nasional pertama Rumania.
