Pembangkit listrik Toppila adalah salah satu Pembangkit listrik tenaga gambut terbesar didunia, dengan kapasitas terpasang 190 MW. Fasilitas ini terletak di Oulu, Finlandia, dan mengoperasikan 2 unit 77 MW dan 113 MW. Boiler dipasok oleh Tampella dan Ahlstrom, dan turbin disuplai oleh Zamech, LMZ dan Ganz. Pembangkit ini dioperasikan oleh Oulun Energia.[1]
