Peng Pai (Hanzi: 彭湃; Pinyin: Péng Pài; Wade–Giles: P'êng2 P'ai4; 22 Oktober 1896 – 30 Agustus 1929), yang pada masa mudanya disebut Peng Hanyu (彭汉育), adalah seorang pionir[1] gerakan agraria Tiongkok dan aktivis hak ptani, revolusioner menonjol dan salah satu pemimpin Partai Komunis Tiongkok (PKT) pada masa awalnya.[2] Peng Pai adalah salah satu dari beberapa intelektual Tiongkok yang menyadari pada awal 1920an bahwa masalah pertanian dan lahan menyebabkan masalah paling kritis bagi masyarakat Tiongkok. Ia meyakini bahwa kesuksesan revolusi apapun di Tiongkok harus bergantung pada para petani sebagai fondasi dasarnya.[3][4] Mao Zedong memujinya sebagai "raja gerakan petani" (农民运动大王).[5]
