Pengekstrak sari atau mesin jus (bahasa Inggris: juicer) adalah alat yang digunakan untuk mengekstrak jus dari buah-buahan, rempah daun, sayuran hijau dan jenis sayuran lainnya dalam proses yang disebut jus.[1] Alat ini menghancurkan, menggiling, dan/atau memeras jus dari ampasnya.[2]

Beberapa jenis pengekstrak jus juga bisa berfungsi sebagai penghalus makanan.[3] Sebagian besar gigi kembar dan pengunyah pengekstrak sari horizontal memiliki perlengkapan untuk menghancurkan bumbu dan rempah-rempah, mengekstrusi pasta, mi, atau stik roti, membuat makanan bayi dan selai kacang, menggiling kopi, membuat susu kacang, dll.
