Perang Chaco (1932–1935) adalah perang yang terjadi antara Bolivia dan Paraguay yang memperebutkan wilayah Gran Chaco di Amerika Selatan, yang diduga kaya akan minyak (walaupun sebenarnya tidak benar).
Perang ini berakhir dengan Paraguay menguasai kebanyakan wilayah Gran Chaco.
