Perantara Segala Rahmat adalah gelar yang diberikan oleh Gereja Katolik kepada Santa Perawan Maria Terberkati; sebagai Bunda Allah, itu termasuk pemahaman bahwa dia menengahi Rahmat Ilahi. Selain perantara, gelar lain diberikan kepadanya di Gereja: Pembela, Penolong, Dermawan.[1] Dalam ensiklik kepausan tertanggal 8 September 1894, Paus Leo XIII mengatakan: jabatan yang terus dia isi di sisi takhta Allah sebagai Perantara rahmat Ilahi."[2]
Konsili Vatikan II merujuk dalam dokumennya Lumen gentium kepada Maria sebagai "Advokat, Auxiliatrix, Adjutrix dan Mediatrix".
