Perjamuan kudus terbuka, juga dikenal sebagai meja terbuka, penyantunan ekaristi, atau pembagian ekaristi, adalah sebuah pratek beberapa Gereja Kristen yang memperkenankan para anggota denominasi mereka, serta non-anggota, untuk menerima permajuan kudus.[1][2] Kebanyakan gereja yang menerapkan perjamuan kudus terbuka mewajibkan agar komunikan menjadi orang percaya yang dibaptis, dan syarat lainnya yang juga diterapkan. Denominasi-denominasi Kristen yang menerapkan perjamuan kudus terbuka meliputi Katolik Lama, Moravia, Anglikan, Methodis, Community of Christ, dan Pentakostal, serta Lutheran, Kristen Reformed (termasuk beberapa dalam Presbiterian, Kongregasionalis, dan Continental Reformed), Baptis dan Plymouth Brethren tertentu. Denominasi Kristen yang menerapkan permajuan kudus terbuka menganggap bahwa perjamuan kudus adalah perjamuan terakhir Yesus dan sehingga, semua orang disambut untuk komuni.[3]
Perjamuan kudus terbuka berlawanan dengan perjamuan kudus tertutup, kala sakramen dikhususkan untuk para anggota gereja tertentu atau lainnya yang berada dalam hubungan persekutuan penuh, atau keanggotaan, atau lainnya diakui untuk keperluan tersebut. Komuni tertutup merujuk kepada denominasi tertentu atau kongregasi individual yang hanya melayani perjamuan kudus untuk anggotanya sendiri.

Many faith communities, including ours, practice open communion, meaning that if you are a baptized Christian of any "brand" you can take the Lord's Supper with us. Our theology is that sharing the bread and wine is a mark of fellowship in Jesus, not of a denominational identity, so should be available to everyone.

Open Communion is the practice of allowing individuals from different denominations commune together. This means, for example, that Methodists, Baptists, Presbyterians, and Lutherans are all communed together in the same church, even though each one holds a different belief about the Lord's Supper (and Original Sin, Baptism, Justification, Good Works, etc.).
