Phankham Viphavanh (bahasa Lao: ພັນຄຳ ວິພາວັນ; lahir 14 April 1951) adalah seorang politikus Laos, anggota Politbiro dan Komite Eksekutif Partai Revolusioner Rakyat Laos. Ia juga menjadi Perdana Menteri Laos saat ini, yang dipilih oleh Majelis Nasional Laos pada Maret 2021.[1] Pada masa sebelumnya, ia menjadi Wakil Presiden Laos, Menteri Pendidikan Laos, dan Presiden Asosiasi Persahabatan Laos-Vietnam.[2][3]
