Philippe Guiougou (lahir 8 Juni 1973) adalah seorang prelat Gereja Katolik asal Guadeloupe yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Uskup Basse-Terre sejak ditunjuk oleh Paus Fransiskus pada 3 April 2023. Ia ditahbiskan secara resmi sebagai uskup pada 9 Juli 2023. Sebelumnya, ia berkarya dan melayani umat sebagai Vikaris Jenderal Keuskupan Saint-Denis di Prancis dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023.[1]
