Phoebe Harriet Dynevor (/ˈdɪnɪvər/;[1] lahir 17 April 1995) adalah seorang aktris Inggris. Ia dikenal atas perannya sebagai Daphne, anak keempat keluarga Bridgerton, dalam seri drama sejarah Netflix, Bridgerton (2020–2022).[2] Ia juga membintangi sejumlah film, di antaranya The Colour Room (2021), Bank of Dave (2023), dan Fair Play (2023). Ia menerima nominasi BAFTA Rising Star Award pada tahun 2024.
