Pico de Orizaba adalah gunung berapi kerucut yang tidak aktif, gunung tertinggi di Meksiko[1] dan tertinggi ketiga di Amerika Utara, setelah Denali di Alaska di Amerika Serikat dan Gunung Logan di Kanada. Pico de Orizaba juga merupakan puncak gunung berapi tertinggi di Amerika Utara. Ia naik 5.636 meter (18.491 kaki) di atas permukaan laut di ujung timur Sabuk Vulkanik Trans-Meksiko, di perbatasan antara negara bagian Veracruz dan Puebla.

Gunung berapi tersebut saat ini tidak aktif tetapi tidak punah, dengan letusan terakhir terjadi pada abad ke-19. Ini adalah puncak gunung berapi paling menonjol kedua di dunia setelah Gunung Kilimanjaro di Afrika.
