Pisau lipat atau pisau saku (bahasa Inggris: pocket knife, jack knife) adalah sebuah pisau dengan mata pisau yang dapat dilipat masuk ke dalam gagangnya. Disebut pisau saku karena kemungkinannya untuk diselipkan di dalam saku. Mata pisaunya dapat berjumlah satu atau lebih.[1][2] Panjang mata pisau lipat berkisar antara 5 hingga 15 cm.[3] Pisau lipat merupakan sebuah alat yang serbaguna yang dapat digunakan untuk membuka amplop, memotong benang, melakukan trakeostomi, mengiris buah atau sebagai alat pertahanan diri.[4]
