Place de la Nation

Place de la Nation (sebelumnya Place du Trône, selanjutnya Place du Trône-Renversé selama Revolusi) adalah sebuah lingkaran di sisi timur Paris, antara Place de la Bastille dan Bois de Vincennes, di perbatasan arondisemen ke-11 dan ke-12.

Dikenal luas karena memiliki guillotine paling aktif selama Revolusi Prancis, alun-alun ini berganti nama menjadi Place de la Nation pada Hari Bastille, 14 Juli 1880, di bawah Republik Ketiga.

Alun-alun ini memiliki patung perunggu besar karya Aimé-Jules Dalou, Triumph of the Republic yang menggambarkan Marianne, dan dikelilingi oleh toko-toko dan taman bunga.[1]
