Poe De Spell, juga disebut Poe atau Mr. Poe, adalah karakter fiksi dari Walt Disney Company, dibuat untuk DuckTales dan disuarai oleh Terrence McGovern dan Frank Welker.
Poe adalah saudara kandung dari Mimi Hitam, yang berubah menjadi gagak. Kisah bagaimana ia berubah tidak pernah diceritakan. Meskipun Mimi memiliki berbagai sihir transformasi, ia tidak mampu mengubah Poe kembali ke bebek. Dalam episode Send in the Clones, Mimi menjelaskan bahwa ia membutuhkan kekuatan keping keberuntungan Gober Bebek untuk mengembalikan Poe menjadi normal.
