Powiat Wadowice (bahasa Polandia: Powiat wadowicki) adalah sebuah powiat (semacam “kabupaten”) di Polandia. Ibu kotanya adalah Wadowice. Powiat ini letaknya ada di provinsi Polandia Kecil dan pada tahun 2006 memiliki penduduk 159.593 jiwa. Powiat berdiri pada tanggal 1 Januari 1999, sebagai hasil reformasi pemerintah daerah Polandia yang disahkan pada tahun 1999.
