Prakash Jha (lahir 27 Februari 1952) adalah seorang produser, pemeran, sutradara dan penulis naskah asal India, yang kebanyakan dikenal untuk film-film politik dan sosio-politiknya seperti Damul (1984), Mrityudand (1997), Gangaajal (2003), Apaharan (2005), termasuk film-film hit multi-bintang Raajneeti (2010), Aarakshan (2011) Chakravyuh (2012), dan Satyagraha (2013). Ia juga merupakan pembuat dokumenter-dokumenter pemenang Penghargaan Film Nasional seperti Faces After The Storm (1984) dan Sonal (2002).
Ia menjalankan sebuah perusahaan produksi, Prakash Jha Productions.[1] Ia juga memiliki P&M Mall di Patna dan P&M Hi-Tech Mall yang baru dibangun di Jamshedpur.
