Prijedor (Abjad Kiril Serbia: Приједор, pelafalan dalam bahasa Serbo-Croatian: [prijěːdor]) adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di Republika Srpska, sebuah entitas dari Bosnia dan Herzegovina. Pada 2013, kota ini memiliki populasi 89.397 jiwa.[1][2] Prijedor terletak di kawasan geografis Bosanska Krajina.
Prijedor dikenal karena memiliki banyak bangunan bersejarah Kristen Ortodoks, Kristen Katolik, dan Islam. Bangunan bersejarah peninggalan zaman Utsmani dan Austria-Hungaria bertebaran di daerah perkotaan. Kota ini mengalami renovasi besar-besaran antara 2006–2009.
