Priscilla Lane (nee Priscilla Mullican, 12 Juni 1915 – 4 April 1995) adalah seorang aktris Amerika, dan saudara bungsu di Lane Sisters keluarga para penyanyi dan aktris. Dia paling diingat karena perannya dalam film The Roaring Twenties (1939) yang dibintangi bersama James Cagney dan Humphrey Bogart; Saboteur (1942), sebuah film bersutan Alfred Hitchcock di mana ia berperan sebagai pahlawan wanita, dan Arsenic and Old Lace (1944), di mana dia digambarkan sebagai tunangan dan pengantin dari Cary Grant.[1]
