Prorubrisit
Prorubrisit atau normoblas basofilik adalah tingkatan kedua dari tingkat perkembangan dari eritrosit. Prorubrisit berukuran 10 hingga 14 mikron atau sekitar 1,5 sampai 2 kali ukuran eritrosit. Bentuknya bulat atau oval.
Inti prorubrisit besar seperti rubriblas, berwarna keunguan, kromatin lebih tebal dan kasar dari rubriblas, dan anak inti kadang masih dapat terlihat.
Sitoplasma prorubrisit hampir serupa dengan sitoplasma pada rubriblas, tetapi lebih homogen dan lebih pucat.
