Provinsi Muchinga adalah salah satu dari sepuluh provinsi di Zambia. Terletak di timur laut negara tersebut dan berbatasan dengan Tanzania di utara, Malawi di timur, Provinsi Timur di selatan, Provinsi Tengah di barat daya, Provinsi Luapula di barat, dan Provinsi Utara di barat laut. Pusat administratif provinsi ini adalah Chinsali.
Nama provinsi ini berasal dari Tebing Muchinga, yang terletak di provinsi ini.[1]
