Syilf atau Chlef (bahasa Arab: ولاية الشلف, Berber: Tamnaḍt n Clef) adalah salah satu provinsi (wilaya) di Aljazair, dan memiliki penduduk sekitar 1 juta jiwa. Provinsi ini beribu kota di Syilf. Kota lain yang terdapat di provinsi ini adalah Ténès, yang terletak di pantai Laut Tengah.
