Pseudo-Philo

Pseudo-Philo[1][2][3] adalah nama yang umumnya digunakan untuk sebuah karya Yahudi dalam bahasa Latin, sehingga disebut demikian (Philo palsu) karena karya-karya tersebut dijajarkan bersama dengan terjemahan Latin dari karya-karya Philo dari Aleksandria, tetapi tidak semuanya ditulis oleh Philo. Judul Latin lengkapnya adalah Liber Antiquitatum Biblicarum, sebuah judul yang terkadang diterjemahkan menjadi Buku Biblikal Zaman Kuno. Sebagian karya tersebut diterjemahkan kembali ke dalam bahasa Ibrani pada Kronik Jerahmeel pada Abad Pertengahan.
