Pulau Biševo (pelafalan [bîʃɛv̞ɔ], Chakavia: Bisovo, bahasa Italia: Busi) adalah sebuah pulau di Laut Adriatik, Kroasia. Pulau tersebut terletak di tengah kepulauan Dalmatia, lima kilometer dari barat daya Pulau Vis. Luasnya adalah 5.8 km2[1][2] dan populasinya adalah 15 (pada 2011).[3]
