Pulau Bute (bahasa Gaelik Skotlandia: An t-Eilean Bòdach, bahasa Inggris: Isle of Bute atau disebut sebagai Bute) adalah sebuah pulau di Skotlandia. Pulau ini dibagi menjadi daerah dataran tinggi dan dataran rendah oleh Kesalahan Batas Dataran Tinggi. Dulunya merupakan pulau konstituen dari County Bute yang lebih besar, sekarang pulau ini menjadi bagian dari wilayah dewan Argyll dan Bute.

Populasi penduduk Bute adalah 6.498 pada tahun 2011, penurunan lebih dari 10% dari angka 7.228 yang tercatat pada tahun 2001 dengan latar belakang populasi pulau Skotlandia secara keseluruhan tumbuh sebesar 4% menjadi 103.702 untuk periode yang sama.[6]
