Pulau Dua adalah pulau terluar Indonesia yang terletak di samudra Hindia dan berbatasan dengan negara Australia. Pulau Satu ini merupakan bagian dari wilayah pemerintah kabupaten Bengkulu Utara, provinsi Bengkulu. Pulau ini berada di sebelah barat dari kota Bengkulu dengan koordinat 05° 26′ 50″ LS, 102° 24′ 40″ BT dengan luas 10 Ha dan dihuni oleh beberapa keluarga nelayan.
