Pulau Mornington adalah sebuah pulau di Teluk Carpentaria, Queensland, Australia.[1] Ini adalah 22 pulau paling utara dan terbesar yang membentuk kelompok Kepulauan Wellesley. Kota terbesar Gununa berada di barat daya pulau.[2] Area Burung Penting Manowar dan Rocky Islands terletak sekitar 40 kilometer (25 mil) di barat laut.

Jumlah penduduk di pulau ini diperkirakan 1.143 pada 2016 dan mayoritas warga tinggal di kota Gununa. Pulau Mornington termasuk dalam wilayah pemerintahan lokal Shire of Mornington. Mayoritas penduduk pulau adalah Aborigin.
