Sipora adalah pulau yang terletak di lepas pantai Sumatra di Indonesia. Pulau ini merupakan pulau terkecil dan paling berkembang dari empat pulau di Kepulauan Mentawai dengan luas hanya 845 km². Ibu kota Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai, Tua Pejat, terletak di Sipora. Sekitra 10-15% diperkirakan hutan hujan di pulau ini masih perawan.
