Pulau Wrangell (Rusia: Остров Врангеля) adalah sebuah pulau di Kepulauan Alexander di Alaska Tenggara. Panjangnya 285 mil (459 kilometer) sementara lebarnya 375 hingga 142 mil (604–229 kilometer). Luasnya adalah 21.005 mil persegi (54.402,70 kilometer persegi), menjadikannya sebagai pulau terbesar ke-29 di Amerika Serikat. Pulau Wrangell terpisah dari dataran utama Alaska dengan Saluran Blake yang sempit. Pulau ini pertama diamati oleh James Johnstone pada 1793, yang bekerja sebagai salah satu petugas George Vancouver selama ekspedisinya pada tahun 1791-95. Ia hanya memetakan pesisir timurnya, tidak menyadari bahwa ini adalah sebuah pulau.[1]
