Yap atau Wa'ab (Bahasa Yap: Waqab) secara klasik mengacu ke sebuah kepulauan – yaitu Kepulauan Yap – terletak di Kepulauan Carolina di Samudra Pasifik bagian Barat, dan merupakan bagian dari Negara Bagian Yap, Federasi Mikronesia. Nama "Yap" dalam beberapa tahun terakhir telah merujuk pada Negara Federasi Mikronesia, termasuk Kepulauan Yap dan berbagai pulau terluarnya.
