Puneet Issar adalah seorang sutradara dan pemeran asal India. Ia paling terkenal karena perannya sebagai Duryodana dalam acara TV Mahabharat (1988–1990), dan menyutradarai Garv: Pride and Honour (2004) yang dibintangi oleh Salman Khan.[1]
