Qiu Qingquan (Hanzi: 邱清泉; Pinyin: Qiū Qīngquán; 27 Januari 1902 – 10 Januari 1949) adalah seorang jenderal Republik Tiongkok yang bertugas selama Ekspedisi Utara, Perang Sino-Jepang Kedua, dan Perang Saudara Tiongkok. Dalam kampanye Huaihai, sebuah kampanye besar dalam Perang Saudara Tiongkok, ia gagal menyelamatkan korps ke-7 Jenderal Huang Baitao, dikepung, dan kemudian bunuh diri di medan perang.[1]
