Jonnalagadda Radhika Rao (lahir pada 27 Maret 1976) adalah seorang sutradara film India. Dia memulai kariernya dalam film fitur Lucky: No Time for Love (2005) bersama Vinay Sapru. Film-film berikutnya adalah I Love NY (2015) dan Sanam Teri Kasam (2016).[1][2] Radhika Rao juga menjalankan sebuah perusahaan produksi film Rao & Sapru dengan mitra bisnisnya, Vinay Sapru.[3][4][5][6]
