Rahang atas atau dikenal juga sebagai maksila (jamak: maxillae /mækˈsɪliː/)[2] pada vertebrata adalah tulang rahang bagian atas yang tidak bergerak (bergerak pada kelas Neopterygii), yang terbentuk dari perpaduan dua tulang maksila. Pada manusia, rahang atas termasuk lelangit keras di bagian depan mulut.[3][4] Kedua tulang rahang atas menyatu pada sutura intermaksila, membentuk spina nasalis anterior. Tulang ini mirip dengan mandibula (rahang bawah), yang juga merupakan perpaduan dua tulang mandibula di simfisis mandibula.
