Rahman Hadi adalah seorang birokrat lulusan Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN), yang pernah menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Jenderal Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia, dan tahun 2024 hingga 2025, mengemban amanah sebagai Penjabat Gubernur Provinsi Riau.[1]
Perjalanan Karier
Kemudian pada 15 April 2015, ia kemudian dipercaya menjadi Kepala Biro Sekretariat Pimpinan DPD RI, Kepala Pusat Kajian Daerah dan Anggaran – Setjen DPD RI, Kepala Biro Umum Setjen DPD RI dan memuncak karier sebagai Sekjend DPD RI hingga sekarang.[2]
