Rajsoomer Lallah (September 1933 – 3 Juni 2012) adalah seorang pakar hukum asal Mauritius yang dikenal akan kiprahnya dalam bidang hukum hak asasi manusia internasional.
Lallah diangkat sebagai anggota Komite Hak Asasi Manusia PBB pada 20 September 1976. Pada sesi pertama komite tersebut, ia terpilih sebagai wakil ketua.[1] Ia mengemban jabatan ini hingga tahun 1978. Setelah itu, ia menjadi pelapor (rapporteur) komite tersebut dari tahun 1978 hingga 1982, dan kemudian menjadi ketua dari 1989 hingga 1991.
Ia juga pernah berkiprah sebagai hakim Mahkamah Agung Mauritius dari tahun 1980 hingga 1995.
Lallah tutup usia pada tanggal 3 Juni 2012 saat ia berumur 79 tahun.[2]
