Ramses XI (juga ditulis Ramesses dan Rameses) adalah firaun kesepuluh dan terakhir dinasti kedua puluh Mesir Kuno. Ia berkuasa dari tahun 1107 SM hingga 1078 SM atau 1077 SM.
Setelah ia wafat, Smendes mengambil alih kekuasaan. Ia dapat menguasai takhta Mesir dan mendirikan dinasti ke-21 dari kotanya di Tanis, meskipun ia tidak menguasai Mesir Tengah dan Hulu, yang dikuasai oleh pendeta-pendeta agung Amun di Thebes.
