Rasgulla
Rasgulla (bahasa Oriya: ରସଗୋଲା rasagola; bahasa Bengali: রসগোল্লা rôshogolla; bahasa Hindi: रसगुल्ला rasgullā) adalah makanan manis bersirup berbasis keju yang berasal dari Orissa.[1][2][3] Makanan ini populer di India dan Asia Selatan[4] Makanan ini dibuat dari bola-bola chhena (keju India) dan adonan semolina, dimasak dengan sirop gula.
