Rashad al-Shawwa (Arab: رشاد الشوا) (1909 – 28 September 1988) adalah walikota Gaza selama sebelas tahun dari 1971 sampai 1982. Sebelum menjadi walikota, ia merupakan aktivis lokal terdepan di kota tersebut. Ia dikenal di Israel dan Palestina sebagai "figur bapak" pro-Yordania dari Jalur Gaza.[1] Ia adalah ayah dari seniman Laila Shawwa.
