José Renan Vasconcelos Calheiros (pengucapan bahasa Portugis: [ʁeˈnɐ̃ kaˈʎejɾus]; lahir 16 September 1955) adalah seorang politikus Brasil dan mantan Presiden Senat Brasil. Ia mewakili negara bagian Alagoas dalam senat sebagai anggota Partai Gerakan Demokratik Brasil sejak 1 Februari 1995.
