Richard Anthony Proctor (23 Maret 1837 di Chelsea, London – 12 September 1888) adalah seorang astronom Inggris.
Ia paling dikenal karena membuat salah satu peta Mars terawal pada 1867 dari 27 gambaran karya observator Inggris William Rutter Dawes.
