Sir Richard Graves MacDonnell KCMG CB (nama Hanzi: 麥當奴) (3 November 1814 – 5 Februari 1881) adalah seorang pengacara, hakim dan gubernur penjajahan Inggris-Irlandia. Jabatannya sebagai gubernur melalui Gubernur Permukiman Britania di Afrika Barat, Gubernur Saint Vincent, Gubernur Australia Selatan, Gubernur Nova Scotia, dan Gubernur Hong Kong.[1] Beberapa tempat di seluruh dunia dinamakan untuk mengenangnya, termasuk MacDonnell Road di Hong Kong; Pegunungan MacDonnell dan Semenanjung Sir Richard di Australia.
