Admiral Sir Richard Rodney Bligh GCB (bap. 8 November 1737 – 30 April 1821) adalah seorang perwira Angkatan Laut Britania Raya. Ia bertugas pada Perang Kemerdekaan Amerika, Perang Revolusi Prancis dan Perang Napoleon, kemudian naik pangkat Laksamana.
