Richard Melvin Schoen (lahir 23 Oktober 1950) adalah seorang matematikawan Amerika Serikat yanhg dikenal karena karyanya dalam geometri diferensial dan analisis geometri. Ia dikenal karena menuntaskan masalah Yamabe pada 1984.
